Mermaid Apartments Reservation Policy


  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 14 days of confirmation to secure reservation. Reservations will be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 14 days of booking.
  • Balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival
  • We only accept cash or bank drafts. Sorry no credit cards. Please ensure bank drafts are in US Dollars.
  • Check out cleaning included
  • All rates are subject to change
  • Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy:
We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens:

  • All deposits are non-refundable and forfeited upon cancellation.
  • Reservations are cancelled and deposits forfeited where payment in full is not received 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a refund will be issued less a 25% fee.
